I was very pleased with my recent service appointment at Imperial Toyota in Milford. Mr Curtis Jones , who assisted me that day, provided exceptional service. He also helped me understand that contrary to what I had assumed, my car did not need a routine oil change that day. As a result, I was able to spend my money on the service that was actually needed. In addition, he outlined the near-term service plan for my car, which no one had done for me before. This gave me a much better understanding of car maintenance and helped me plan ahead. More

Being alerted by my car that it needed maintenance, I was able to get a same day appointment.. The men in the service garage were welcoming and helpful.
