INCONSIDERATE OF ONES TIME I found a vehicle I wanted to purchase at this dealership. I called in the morning to make an appointment to go purchase this vehicle. They took down my name and number and said we will have it ready for you at 6. I had to rearrange my schedule, reschedule clients to another day, my husband also got out of work early, I set up childcare for my toddler all so we could go purchase this Avalon. We get there at 6 and they informed us they sold the car an hour earlier! No phone call to let us know. I drove from my place of employment which was an hour away, rushed over for them to say it's sold with a LAUGH in their voice. The money my husband and I sacrificed to make time for this dealership and they laugh and say it was sold without even a curtesy phone call to inform us. This would be my 10th car purchase and never have I felt so DISRESPECTED and looked over as I did today. If you value your time and money SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE! More
