Excellent experience in buying our car We bought our last two cars from Hany Arian when it was Ira Toyota. He did not give us the 'car salesman' pitch. He showed and explained the features. This last time - the 3rd car in 3 years - we went to DCH Toyota looking for Hany. We again told him what we wanted. They didn't have it on the lot but DCH found it at another dealership in the western part of the state and brought it in for us. Hany always makes us feel like we are friends and family. This time we also met Austin James Bond - the finance man. He too was extremely friendly and must have learned well from Mark! We have also had excellent service within the service department. We see William as our service rep and have had pleasant interactions with the service manager Tim. Very good service all around! More
