Either they just outright lie to sell services, or their mechanics are hacks that don't have a clue on what they're doing. Either way, be prepared to pay. Always get a second opinion on DCH repair diagnosis. More
DCH Toyota of Milford has great service and staff. I usually do not go on and on about car dealerships, but the staff at DCH Toyota of Milford made my service experience worthwhile; and the improvement I usually do not go on and on about car dealerships, but the staff at DCH Toyota of Milford made my service experience worthwhile; and the improvements I saw at this dealership was quite impressive. First, when you walk in, the dealership is immaculate and the music of choice is classic R&B/Motown which is always a smart selection for any business. Secondly, if you have to wait longer than expected for your vehicle, the sales rep. will give you a Starbucks gift card. Thirdly, the dealership has knowledgeable and friendly staff members. Fourthly, I dealt with the General Manager, Tandon Noplos who is new to the dealership. His professional demeanor and great sense of humor made my visit very comfortable. Tandon brings a great sense of pride and knowledge to DCH Toyota which makes me want to do future business with them. After your vehicle is inspected, the service manager gives you a detailed, color-coded document that outlines the repairs needed in a most simplified manner. If you are not a mechanic, their method is priceless because they itemize each repair needed from the most important to non-urgent. Lastly, when picking up your vehicle, they wash and vacuum your car, and send you off with a beverage and a freshly made piece of blueberry or banana bread. More

First-time customer On my first visit to DCH I met Pat McDonald. Pat showed me what ultimately turned out to be my final choice for a vehicle. Pat was friendly, polite, On my first visit to DCH I met Pat McDonald. Pat showed me what ultimately turned out to be my final choice for a vehicle. Pat was friendly, polite, knowledgeable about the vehicle he was showing me, and not in the least bit pushy! He answered all my questions and I left feeling as though I had I gotten all of the information that I had come for. After looking at similar trucks at other dealerships I returned for a test drive. This time I met Hany Arian who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Hany let me drive both the standard and automatic models, and helped me make my final decision. Over the next few days Hany worked hard, without being pushy, to win my business. We struck a deal that I was happy with, and I drove home an awesome truck that night! I am looking forward to finding out if the ongoing service will be as satisfying an experience as the purchase process was. More
