On our first visit, we were just interested in test driving a Toyota Highlander. We were allowed to transfer both our car seats to the car to go for a test drive. After the test, there was no pressure to make a decision there. We came back the next weekend and purchased a 2016 Highlander. Hany was very patient with us, answered all of our questions and very calmly dealt with us having to tag team to look after our girls. We ended up finalizing numbers shortly before lunch, and there was a ~45 minute wait to work with the financing person to finalize the purchase, so Hany suggested we take the car we just purchased and drive to lunch. When we came back, while we were signing all the papers, one of the other members of the team (I think the manager) brought out his english springer spaniel, Emma, to keep our girls occupied. I would definitely go back to this dealership the next time I need purchase a vehicle. More

Most painless car buying experience Purchased my new Avalon in August, 2016 through Alex and it was the nicest car buying experience I've ever had. Went in on Saturday and drove the car Purchased my new Avalon in August, 2016 through Alex and it was the nicest car buying experience I've ever had. Went in on Saturday and drove the car home on Sunday. I was amazed at how fast the process was. I'm a believer in "if its too good to be true then it probably is", but not at DCH Toyota. From the top down they are very professional and accommodating. There was never any pressure to buy. I bought a new car with navigation and other bells and whistles which I had never had before (my trade in was 10 years old) and Alex spent at least an hour showing me how it worked and made sure I understood it before I left the lot. He also let me know that even if it was a year out from the purchase, if I had any questions about how something worked that I could call or come in and he'd help me out. I highly recommend this dealership and Alex Shtutin. Thank You Alex! More

I was encouraged to try out different models and the sales and support staff always followed up. When I finally did decide to buy the car, everyone at the dealership from the top on down made sure I was happy with the final result. I was always under fairly limited time constraints and Hany made sure to process the paperwork as quickly as possible and tell me everything I needed to know, while making sure I kept an eye on the clock.
