No pressure with a great deal. After multiple emails, phone calls and visits to various dealerships...I decided to take a ride to DCH Toyota in Milford. I was greeted warmly in the parking lot by Hany, who complimented me on the vehicle I was driving. I told him "I'm glad you like it because you can have it." After that, we chatted about a new Highlander. I test drove it and liked it. I was only there about 20-30m. This made me happy because I hate wasting hours at car dealerships. The rest of the week consisted of casual texts and calls regarding prices and monthly payment options. I communicated with a few other dealerships, all of which were unable to put together a package like Hany did. To make a long story short, we made a deal without me visiting the lot again. Everything was done by text. It was perfect because I was home with my sick daughter all week and I didn't have time to negotiate in person. I finally told him "let's do it" and he put all the paperwork together and had it ready for me to sign so I was in and out in about 30m including the finance office. The last step was picking the vehicle up. I got a text around noontime the next day saying my new Highlander was filled with gas, registered, inspected, insured and washed....ready for pick up. It was the easiest deal I ever made and there was no pressure. Hany did everything from a-z. Ask for him when you go there. You can even tell him John Wallace sent you. He was a pleasure to deal with. More

We left after feeling pressured and being told there wasn't any wiggle room unless we bought that exact day and he could take $350 off. After looking around for a couple of days I called back and a manager put me in touch with Hany Arian. He was not your typical car salesman - low pressure, honest, responsive. He even texted to stay in touch on his day off. When I went to pick up the car he oriented me to it before letting me drive away. In the end I didn't get any better deal than on day 1 but I did get a much lower stress sales process with a genuinely nice person and family man. To be that is worth a few bucks. More
