Very unorganized dealership. Glenn the sales person was excellent and I would recommend him highly. However, the Sales Manager, Matt, is not very good at dealing with people. Especially with someone who knows about the business. When confronted with questions his only response was "This must not be the car for you" instead of conversing. He wanted us to leave. Also, they sold us a car they didn't have a title for but didn't tell us until after our second trip back. How do you, as a Sales Manager, not know you don't have a title for a car you are selling???? After spending 6 hours waiting at the dealership for the finance manager, the situation was handled inappropriately. Also, instead of being there at 4:30 in the afternoon on Thursday, when we went to pick up the car, Matt had left already. I guess he didn't want to see if an unhappy customer had their issues resolved. He apparently doesn't care about people being satisfied. As a District Manager, if one of my Sales Manager's was this incompetent, his position would be reviewed. I am sorry to say that although the salesperson was great, I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, I will do the opposite!!!!!!!!!! More

Best experience buying a car We went into dealership knowing exactly what we wanted to buy. Our salesman, Patrick was great he knew we didn't want to spend hours to buy a car whic We went into dealership knowing exactly what we wanted to buy. Our salesman, Patrick was great he knew we didn't want to spend hours to buy a car which has happened in all of ou other experiences. We went on a Saturday around lunch time they had free lunch for anyone that wanted it while they waited that was a nice touch. At no time did we ever feel like we we're being taken for a ride. The other nice thing was the finance guy Austin was busy so Patrick said we could either come back n an hour or make an appointment to meet for next day which we chose to do instead of wasting our time just sitting there. Went back the next day got right in all our info was preloaded Austin was great we were out of there in less than a half hour wow that never happens! So all in all because we knew what we wanted it took us an hour total to buy a car! Loved it and would definately go back! More

Hany was helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. Not only was he a good salesman but a wonderful person as well. His knowledge of the Toyota line of products was truly amazing. Best Car Buying Experience Ever! April 2016 - I brought my father to Toyota of Milford to look at used cars. My Dad had a very specific idea of what he wanted and how much he wanted April 2016 - I brought my father to Toyota of Milford to look at used cars. My Dad had a very specific idea of what he wanted and how much he wanted to pay for the vehicle. We met Haney who gave us the time we needed to look at some vehicles and then test drive a few. He was able to give my dad some insight into his buying options which was super helpful! There was no pushing a vehicle on us and Haney and his manager were both very kind and upfront with us. I'm happy to say my Father has now purchased an awesome 2013 Highlander which he LOVES!! We later found out, thru conversation, that Haney has sold vehicles to 4 other family members who were all quick to say how awesome he is! Thank you so much Haney for making this such a fantastic buying experience for my Dad! And, thank you for doing all the paperwork so he basically just had to call his insurance agency to make the switch. No long lines at the RMV, no hastle - Just great service with a smile! My family so appreciates you! More
Excellent customer service from Bill Devine, Service Dept. My daughter is new to the area and when her 2007 Toyota Prius broke down, we found out from Auto Zone that it was the most expensive battery that had My daughter is new to the area and when her 2007 Toyota Prius broke down, we found out from Auto Zone that it was the most expensive battery that had to be replaced. Cost: $2,000 - $3,000 for the part, not including labor. I called the service department at Toyota in Milford, MA and Bill answered the phone. He was so helpful, looked up the vin number and my daughter's battery was covered 100% under warranty. He also informed me that she had two recalls, her water pump and something electrical that was also covered under warranty. My daughter also had no transportation and Bill informed me that a shuttle could come get her and that they would also get her a rental car. Bill thought her car would not be done until Monday. He called me on Saturday to let me know her car was ready done sooner than he thought. He also didn't want her to have to pay for two more days on a rental car. That is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I just purchased a 2016 RAV4 and if I lived closer to the Milford Toyota Dealership, that is where I would go to get my car serviced! Thanks Bill for helping out my daughter. We appreciate it. More
