Purchased a new Tacoma last year (2020) and had several services done at same location. Erica Carbone from sales was great to work with, allowed me to do several test drives, answered all my questions and services done at same location. I have also had the truck serviced several times at the dealership which has been relatively quick considering I stop when I can without an appointment. I would and have recommend this dealership. Jose Monteiro was a fantastic sales consultant. He asked a lot of questions and made sure that I picked out the right car for me. As a note, because of demand and chip set shortages, the dealers are all getting surcharges over the sticker price. Some dealerships are including these charges in their advertised price and some are not (like Imperial Toyota) so comparing costs can be difficult on-line without understanding this nuance. More
