After moving to Ma my wife and I acquired appointments to Ma, RMV to change our driver licenses from Nh to Ma, and register & title two (2) older cars. At the end of this process I was ready to move back to Ma, RMV to change our driver licenses from Nh to Ma, and register & title two (2) older cars. At the end of this process I was ready to move back to Nh. End result both cars needed inspections and valid safety stickers to both vehicle. Additionally my 2005 Toyota, Avalon needed a new Moon Roof due to water leaking in. To make a long story short one early morning I went to Imperial of Milford and met with Service Advisor, Curtis Jones who helped an 85 yr. old calm me down. Curtis was so courteous, knowledgeable in his position he set my mind at ease. The cars were properly inspected, appointments made for replacement of moon roof. As of this date all work is completed and I am completely satisfied. Thank God for someone who knows their job and who helps someone instead of hindering them. Thank you very much Ronald H. More

From the moment I stepped out of my vehicle, I felt appreciated. The attendant that greeted me, inside the garage, was friendly and professional and very helpful. He walked me into the service team waiting area, where I met Roger Barron, the Service Advisor for me and my vehicle. I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile and a very professional attitude and personality. Roger Barron had attended to me and my car, once before, and I was very pleased to see that he was the same towards me today, 2/24/2022, that he was the first time he assisted me on my first visit for service at Imperial Toyota in Milford, Ma. Roger was quick to set me up, right away, for quick service on my vehicle. He answered all my questions, and while chatting with me about the service on my vehicle, he was looking for any recalls, that were needing to get done. I thing that is a great thing for him to do. He did not find any, I guess that could be a testament to the quality of the manufacturing of the Toyota brand of automobiles. I was given the option of having my windshield wipers replaced while there, for service. I have been noticing lately windshield streaking during any rainfalls. So it was something that was needed. All and all, the whole experience of having my vehicle serviced at the Milford Toyota dealership was great. If I could give more than 5 stars for the quality of service, I would.
