My experience in leasing a car from DCH Milford I went there knowing what I wanted, 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback with manual transmission and fog lights. The salesman was very helpful and courteous in locating the car I wanted. The car was not on the lot but he was able to find the car at another Toyota dealer within a week of my first visit. We communicated very frequently back and forth on the status of when the car from the other dealer would be at DCH Milford. Once the car arrived, I went there for a test drive and decided to lease it. He was straight with me on what the price would be depending on what I put down. I thought it was very reasonable. More

Listened to what I was looking for. As every car customer, I had a few things I was looking for. In my case, the combination was hard to find. I wanted a used Toyota Prius that was Toy As every car customer, I had a few things I was looking for. In my case, the combination was hard to find. I wanted a used Toyota Prius that was Toyota Certified and that had both a back up camera and a blind spot monitor. Trust me, a car with these requirements was not easy to find. I didn't find any in MA and only one in RI. There were several to many used Certified Toyota's with back up camera; it was the blind spot monitor that was hard to find. in a used car I was working online. The Milford internet specialist listened to my "demands", told me that he "unfortunately" couldn't meet them BUT that he had a new PRIUS that did fit. He volunteered its mrsp and the discount I could get. I couldn't resist. That got me in the door. The salesperson with whom I worked was gracious, competent, did not do a hard sell, etc. etc. It cost a little more than I had anticipated because they valued my trade-in less than what another Kelly Blue Book estimate but everything worked out. More

I was greeted by Sales Consultant Richard Haskell who was both professional and personable as we went through the process, and I received what I felt was a very fair proposal for a new 2019 Camry XSE. I had done my research, of course, to be able to make that evaluation. I had also researched trade-in values on my VW GTI and with Richard's help we came to a fair price for it ..... so, done deal! I certainly recommend Richard and DCH Toyota! More
