Great Toyota Service Purchased a RAV4 Hybrid in 2016 from another dealership. Had a really bad experience with an error on their financing, and swore never to go back. Have been going to DCH Toyota since then and have always been treated professionally and fairly. Service department is well resourced, the representatives explain the service and fixes well and find affordable options. Most times I have waited for the car, and the dealership has a nice waiting area, workstation area for those waiting. Dealership can drive you to nearby stores (Target, BestBuy, Stop/Shop, etc). I also like being able to schedule appointment online to see the options available for appointment. More

He listened to exactly what we wanted. He was very patient. It was a bit confusing because we were trading in two cars but Matt made us feel at ease. We didn't feel the pressure we had felt at other dealerships. I have been taking my 2010 Rav4 to the service department at DCH for several years and have always been happy with my experiences there,. I went to Sean Foley, my service advisor, and he quickly called Mario who met with us and explained what had to be done. Because I trust Sean, I trusted Mario to put my car back in perfect condition which he did. We've never had problems with the service at DCH or buyiing a car from them. Mine is the third car from this dealership. Other family members come here also. Sean and Mario are competent and easy to work with and we highly recommend them. JM More
