Hello Jake. We appreciate your concern for this issue, but we believe that a solution is incredibly easy to reach. The overseeing manager who agreed to the keys and mats was actually out on vacation recently. He just got back in yesterday and after discussing it with him, it seems he left the additional items out of the paperwork accidentally, but he remembers agreeing. We completely acknowledge that a mistake was made on our end, and we're still happy to talk about it over the phone for any further questions you may have.
