From the very beginning he was super friendly and knowledgeable about all of the vehicles I was interested in on the lot. He took his time with us, was never pushy, and we never felt rushed. He promised me he could have my car ready 2 days after I selected one and he did not let me down. The whole process was easier than I thought and I am very pleased with my experience at Toyota and with Kevin. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new car! More

Chris was great to work with. Only issue (and this may not be anything major) I would have rather preferred to pick up my new lease after the registration and sticker to work with. I knew which car I wanted to look at because I had seen it on the DCH website. Kevin was quick, and immediately gathered everything necessary in order for me to test drive the Corolla. The test drive went great, and Kevin was very easy to talk with (no awkward moments!) The rest of the experience went very smooth(yes, the money part!) I left that day with my new car, thanks to Kevin and Adam for making it easy. I will definitely be recommending DCH to my friends. More
