Warranty refund After owning a 4 Runner for one year I traded it for a competive brand. I immediately went to DCH to get a refund on the extended warranty. The financ After owning a 4 Runner for one year I traded it for a competive brand. I immediately went to DCH to get a refund on the extended warranty. The finance manager took my information and told me it would take 2 months. After 6 weeks I contacted Toyota directly. Guess what they had never heard from DCH. Toyota Financial handled my request over the phone but could only go back 30 days. I lost about 2 weeks of refund money while DCH will lose 2 less weeks of the warranty cancellation charge back. I hope they end up thinking it was worth it after all is said and done. More

We started with a thorough test drive on the vehicle I was interested in. Jamie was very familiar with all the new tech and especially all the new safety features. We worked out a fair trade on my vehicle and closed a deal. I live over an hour away. Jamie was well aware of this and addressed all my concerns by returning all my calls in a timely manner, faxing all necessary documents to my bank and insurance company at my request. Even the little things were nice, reminding me to get the cd's and Fast Lane pass as I turned in my trade. The whole experience was stressless. The total opposite of my last purchase from another dealer. Most of us lead busy lives, and don't have time to shop multiple dealerships. Richard, was very helpful in showing me all the "gadgets" that the new ones offer. He worked with me on the price point that I was comfortable with.
