Very disappointing. I went with my daughter, who was going to be a first time buyer. We were working with Mohamed. This experience was everything but pleasant for her. We felt as though they did not e going to be a first time buyer. We were working with Mohamed. This experience was everything but pleasant for her. We felt as though they did not even want to try to sell us a car. We test drove a rav4 and when we got back and everyone seemed too busy to answer our questions and concerns. We ended walking out. Excellent Service I was totally pleased with the service to replace a recalled air bag.
