On September 10, 2026, at 8am, I brought my 2017 Honda CRV for the 100K service. the technician whom I worked with was Julio Robles. Mr. Robles was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and court CRV for the 100K service. the technician whom I worked with was Julio Robles. Mr. Robles was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. In addition, he displayed strong communication skills in both Spanish and English -- excellent skill set. Mr. Robles was very attentive about the issues concerning the level of service that my vehicle received at other mechanic shops -- revealing some short-falls in the quality of work conducted. He assured me that the mechanics team would sort out and solve all issues presented to them. Coupled with the personal attention that Mr. Robles provided, he kept me abreast of the work/service being conducted on my vehicle, even texting me a video of the service team's work in real time. That was very much appreciated. At the conclusion of the service visit, I was treated with kindness and respect by Mr. Robles. My recommendation is that he receive a pay raise and promotion as soon as he is eligible. I look forward to bringing my vehicle to Imperial Valley Honda for continued excellent service, even if I have to drive 70 miles one-way; quality work is worth it. Thank you! More
