Imperial Valley Honda

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with Imperial Valley Honda’s service department was disappointing from start to finish. The problems began when scheduling my appointment and cont with Imperial Valley Honda’s service department was disappointing from start to finish. The problems began when scheduling my appointment and continued throughout the entire repair process. My vehicle remained at the dealership for approximately seven hours for what was supposed to be a diagnostic appointment, only for me to be informed that no repairs had been completed and additional appointments would be required. Communication was one of the biggest issues. After the unsuccessful diagnosis, I left a detailed voicemail for the Service Manager, Richard, on Friday afternoon requesting a return call. Despite waiting through the next two business days, I never received a response and ultimately had to call the dealership myself to follow up. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and inconvenience of having to arrange additional appointments and transportation made this a frustrating experience. As a customer, I expected better communication, timely follow-up, and a clearer explanation of the repair process. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in customer service, communication, and accountability so future customers receive the level of service they deserve. More
