Frustrating. Placed on hold for an extended period of time. They called me back after credit union was closed expected me to make the deal. I did not like their dealer doc fees seemed too high. Prices were non-negotiable. the three vehicles I looked at all needed new tires all the tires were worn down. Vague answers on questions about vehicles. Wanted $500 non-refunadable deposit to hold the vehicle while I finished with my credit union over the weekend. I liked Ward quite well felt like he was authentic and sincere. The others were more apathetic and was more focused on other things. At least Chris did get back with me I was unsure if he really had another buyer or if I was being fed a line... they seem to do a lot of business... More

Misty has worked magic with finance getting me a rate I hitherto thought was not possible for me to get. Trystan has been quick with titling and willing to let me transfer old plates. The detail crew Ivan and Antonio gave my latest vehicle new life pulling out all the stains that I thought I would just have to live with. I don't regret the money spent here And prices are near unbeatable. More

Totaled vehicle. The vehicle was reported totaled but was not disclosed to me before I bought the car. Amungst those problems the hvac system had never worked right, and the receiver for they keyless entry doesn't work. More
