Feel free to contact me, although not much you can do to make up for 2 lost days and rescheduled appointments. Strongly suggest a refresher course in customer relations and communication between departments. There is just no excuse to schedule sales related service calls and not be prepared for the customer, especially when you made the schedule. We've owned multiple Hondas over the last 25 years with great success, and anticipating the same service with our new purchase
