We have been going to Indy Honda for many years now and it has been going down hill. They know how to change your oil and do recalls, but much after that I feel they don't have enough experienced technicia it has been going down hill. I have purchased a new Honda from this location and have had 3 Honda’s services here. A lot has changed in the past few months, but it is not for the better. Making an appointment took 3+ phone calls on two had 3 Honda’s services here. A lot has changed in the past few months, but it is not for the better. Making an appointment took 3+ phone calls on two different days. The first two times it rang long enough I was hung up on! A new advisor quoted me the wrong service and price, then wrote down the wrong appointment time. I normally use Jeff, Kevin, or Marshall (but none were available). Next time I am Going to request Jeff it Kevin, as the others don’t seem to understand car maintenance. You need to keep Jeff and Kevin or else I will have zero confidence in this store. I also saw a new service advisor skirting around a lady customers problem / issue at pick up. I could tell he was flustered, but It was completely distasteful. More
