I took my car in two weeks after the first time for the same problem. My Drive Wise monitor was removed to test my car's system but during both visits it was not plugged back in. Quick, efficient. They have updated their check in for service process using an iPad or comparable device. Jeff was friendly and came and found me outside when service was complete.
