Service was good. Wait time was tolerable. Sad no popcorn at last visit. Waiting room was crowded but social distancing in place. Wait time was tolerable. Sad no popcorn at last visit. Waiting room was crowded but social distancing in place. More
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a service technician. Line was long but it moved quick. Got a service and an oil change in less then an hour! My lease was expiring, and I wasn't sure what my options were. The salesman explained everything clearly, and the transaction was handled quickly and professionally. were. The salesman explained everything clearly, and the transaction was handled quickly and professionally. More

I really was pleased with my experience at Indy Honda. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They weren’t pushy like most salesman at other care lots. I will definitely recommend them. The service department is fast and efficient and generally does a fine job. The only problems I’ve ever had relate to tires. We needed a new tire to replace a damaged one, and it was installed backwards (directional tire). On another visit to perform an oil change, tire rotation, and various other checks, I found all the tires to be under inflated four days afterwards. One was so under-inflated that it tripped the pressure alarm. We found this 50 miles into a trip to Florida and had to air up all the tires at a gas station in Southern Indiana. The tires have continued to hold the correct pressures during and after the long trip and we’re just slow and normal leaks. But, I would have expected the tire pressures to have been checked and corrected during the service. More
