Had terrible communication with the service manager. He declined multiple services that were needed automatically. Pasqual was great to work with. Still haven't received the second key and owner's manual. Pascual is a nice and knowledgeable guy! Highly recommended! The dealer ship does need to do a better job at cleaning the vehicles though. Mine was dirty when given to me. They also tried to upsell me their once a year cleaning service which was around 2k extra, completely ridiculous. They say it's mandatory but in reality you can negotiate to take it off. More
