Came in for simple oil change & tire rotation. This was after my initial oil change experience which took over 3 hours (with appt). The second time they twisted a lug off my front wheel. Upon returning they had skillfully left a heat or dust shield loose so it would scrape at low speed. Since they twisted off the lug and replaced parts as a result I’m no longer able to use LKAS, since the car pulls to the left too hard. So… All things considered- Take your Honda to a dude named Cletus in his backyard, you’ll have a better chance for a good result. Ignore the google reviews responses from the GM he’s utterly incompetent. Posts a number to call and doesn’t return calls More

I was working with Frank Babcock on my purchase, and he was very accommodating.
