The recommendation is a yes, but. I dropped my 2012 CR-V off Wednesday morning for a scheduled 100K mile service. They promised to have it done by 5:00pm. At 5:00pm the service advisor called and said they hadn't started the work and it would have to wait until Thursday. He promised to have it finished by 4:00pm Thursday, and he called at 2:00pm and said it was done. Everything seems fine with the service. They seem to have done a very good job although I've only driven it a few miles since. The valve tick is gone and it runs very smoothly now. The car was clean when I got it back. We make purchasing decisions not only based on the vehicle but also how well a dealer will service it. We bought 6 vehicles from Tom O'Brien and started receiving bad service there, getting put off a day or two after scheduling something. We would drop a car off at the scheduled time and find at the end of the day we'd been pushed aside by other people bringing their cars in later, which is very annoying, so we switched to you. We've bought 5 vehicles from you and I'd hate to see your service begin to deteriorate in the same way. When we schedule service and you can't do it that day we need to know that so we can reschedule instead of losing a vehicle for an extended period of time. More

Brought in the Odyssey for a recall. The communication with the dealership was great making sure we knew when our appointment was and if we needed to change anything.
