First person I talked to in service told me all responsibility was on me to pay to have my car towed there and that they wouldn’t provide me with a loaner car while mine was being fixed. I had to get the manager involved who quickly pulled up that I have roadside assistance and that everything’s under warranty and covered. I was happy with tha, and then the guy handling my service had absolutely no customer service skills and was even rude at times. I finally got an explanation of what happened (likely the service tech that did my oil change there a week ago just didn’t put the coolant hose back on correctly and it popped off.) II was satisfied with the end results until I realized that one of the service techs put dirty fingerprints all over the top of my car on the interior roof. I have pictures.... they left it a nasty mess! More

It's always a pleasant experience dealing w/Honda personnel. My Service Rep, Kevin, was very attentive to the reason (potential leak) for me brining in my Honda to be checked and shared the go-forwa personnel.
