Bought a 2013 focus ST. Problems right off the bat. Only had 1 windshield whiper and in taking responsibility i didnt check the whipers until on my way home and seen it. The salesman had the equipment for it in the bacm seat and it looked like he just shoved it under the seat because i found it when i got home. They did fix the whiper i will give them that but i bought a warranty and i was having issues with the fuel tank and wanted them to fix it they said they were to backed up and told me i would be better off paying the 100 dollar deductible for out of shop repairs and do it elsewhere. Somebody ended up hitting my car and it was totaled i decided to go back and i gave them another shot bought a 2011 bmw 335i with 80 something thousand miles figured it would be a decent deal 4 or 5 months later after replacing the radiator and fixing other scheduled maintenance repairs the car is now sitting in my driveway with a blown motor and tranny. They get cars from auctions then just throw them out for sale is what it seems like. Nice staff just horrible business. I recommend anybody buying a car to definitely pay the extra money have it inspected by a reputable mechanic or specialists. Ive bought 2 cars and both ended up being mechanically unsound. And im not the type that doesnt make sure the oil and fluids are changed. I took it to a shop shortly after buying had them check the tranny fluid and other fluids and other points. Also went on the BMW registry and pulled the cars service records up and started going through what would need to be done. Just please be careful buying a car from these guys. More

This place is all about making a sell and that is. I highly recommend you don't buy from them. Took one car on test drive and shifted hard. Was told the warranty would cover it. Keep in mind they keep in the city so really can't test drive it good. So I purchased the second car I test drove. Drove it home on the interstate and rode like a log wagon. Took it to my mechanic he found it had a small oil leak from a gasket. Three bent rims and two bad tires. I called and talked to CJ the manager and was willing to look into for me. Since that phone call we have not spoken on the phone just through text. I call I get voicemail. He said since we bought it as is nothing he could do but is willing to talk about options, through text keep in mind. He also stated we had an option to get a third party inspection done on it but that was not told to us through the whole day we spent there. Words from his mouth during a phone was they only do a safety inspection and look for lights on that are on the dash. There was also some cosmic damage that I wanted fixed before purchasing but there answer to that was giving an $1,000 more on trade bc they didn't want to deal with it. Also while in the dealership two customers brought there cars in for warranty repairs both looked unsatisfied about the outcome of it. One of them said they want to cancel the warranty because all the work that needs to be done is not covered. I will not be buying from them again ever! Watch out if you go And mark my words they will comment on this post and tell me to call them so they can help. How can I call and talk when I get voicemail. More
