It’s just my opinion. But I wouldn’t buy a car here. I bought a car on July 1 and it needed a motor mount so I had to bring it back in two weeks for them to fix it. And they agreed to fix the bumper because it was loose. By the time my appointment got there to fix the motor mount, the trac and ABS lights on my dash came on. So when I got there I ask them about it. Thinking they would figure out what it was and take care of it beings I had just bought the car from them. On the day I bought the car. They were very nice. Eager to assist me. But the day I brought it in. They fixed the motor mount. It took them three hours. But the guy seemed to have a problem when I said something about the bumper. Like he had a problem with fixing it. And I was told they would check about they lights but they wouldn’t fix it without charging me WHAT? I ask them numerous times the day I bought the car was there anything wrong with this car. Would I have any trouble. Or gave to get anything fixed. Because I had no one to help me or fix it if something went wrong. Because I’ve recently lost my son. And I need a car that I won’t have any problems with. They assured me the car had no problems. Now I understand that’s not 100 percent because you never know for certain. But selling me this car. I’ll just say. Eager beaver. But you know they didn’t fix the lights in the dash thing. They didn’t even tell he what it was. They literally dismissed my whole asking them or being concerned with it. On top of I already have to buy new tires because the tires on the car are very cheap. And the manager guy that was so nice and selling me the car. Seen me the day I came back and didn’t even speak to me!!!!! I won’t ever buy another vehicle from them that’s for sure. More

Average buying experience. Car was wrecked and total in an accident 5 months after purchase. I bought there 3year/36,000 mile warranty for $2,500 thats refundable. I asked for a refund of my warranty before labor day weekend and its july and still aint got my refund back. They wanted me to buy a new car and use the refund money and i didnt want anything they had and keep running me around saying the checks in the mail and when i first started calling about they were very rude saying they werent holding my money and i never even brought that up. Very unprofessional and vindictive if you dont do what they want. Its been 3 months and still no money. Never again would i consider doing business. Ive even been in there 3 times about it. First they said it takes 3 weeks and it goes to the finance company. The insurance paid the car off. Then they said they would roll it over i said if its not your money how can you roll it over. Now for 3 weeks its been in the mail. Never again with this place. Im on disability and saved up 4,000 for a new car to try and go back to work and was a 1,200 short for a very nice vehicle i was given a deal on because of my budget and because they have ran me around lost out. Just a warning to anybody in the future. Even when i had the warranty they wouldnt fix my car because they said they were 3 months booked up and to take it somewhere else and pay the deductible. Dont recommend. More

This place is a complete rip off they will promise you a arm and leg. For the repair of your vehicle from them upon you’re purchasing. Most customers with this company felt excitement to get into a vehicle they love as did I. I was excited so I left a five star review with a great experience but if I could change and update my review from those five stars and my happy review from back then. I most definitely would change it for 0 stars. All Buyers Beware Don’t Believe google reviews or most bbb reviews… All’s I got to say if you don’t believe my review good luck to you and your wallet. You’ll see within about three to four weeks after you first purchase the vehicle. Because of this dealer I am out of a vehicle that sits in a parking lot and still unfortunately have to pay monthly on…. Don’t fall for their claims of Christianity and doing the right thing they don’t give a **** it’s you’re green is all their after there not here for us the customers or even willing to repair the issues that have occurred. They will tell you they will have a tech look at it, they will also promise repairs but out of a couple times their tech has looked at it the same issue has reoccurred multiple times… this is a long review I could go on longer…. ONCE AGAIN DONT BUY FROM HERE OR FALL INTO THERE PROMISE TRAP OR YOU’LL MORE THAN LIKELY BE OUT 5 GRAND OR MORE IN REPAIRS…. More

Ok, it’s a long story but worth reading if considering buying from this place. So I bought a 2010 Nissan pathfinder from this place last year and part of the agreement of buying the car they said they wou buying from this place. So I bought a 2010 Nissan pathfinder from this place last year and part of the agreement of buying the car they said they would fix a few things that were wrong when I test drove it. Most were small issues but the main thing wrong was the A/C was blowing warm air. I live in Fort Wayne mind you so I had to bring it to Indy for them to fix the a.c. The first time I brought it they said they had to repair the a.c lines and it was fixed. 1 week later it was super loud and all the Freon ran out. So I took it back and had them fix it again. Long story short I’ve now taken it to them 4 separate times and every time I bring it home, a week or so later, it blows warm air. They told me they needed to replace the a.c lines, said they had to take my body off my frame to re-run the lines. Then said they figured a way around it. So in a nutshell, the end of last summer I got my car back for the 4th time and the ac was working, I didn’t need to use it anymore because it was winter. Well I go to turn it on the other day and it’s not working again. So basically I’m over driving it 2 hrs away. Leaving it for multiple days, missing work, then it still not being fixed. I guess I’m going to have to shell out my own money to get it fixed. So basically buying a car from this place is a terrible idea. Buying the warranty and letting anyone there try and work on your car is absolutely a TERRIBLE idea. They obviously have no idea how to work on cars. And the ONLY REASON they fixed my a.c was because they refused to do it after I took the car home so I wrote a review and they called me the next day lol. I just figured I should let everyone know how this place works. So if you do buy a car from this place make sure you have absolutely everything in writing and 100% don’t buy the warranty. The mechanics are obviously worthless! More
