We agreed upon a f Purchased a used G37x Coupe for the wife a few months back. I'm not one to right reviews but my customer experience was excellent. We agreed upon a fair price after some pressure free negotiations and wife loves the car. So now a few months later, the real test. She's been saying the brakes feel worn, plus car needs oil change. So she schedules service appt. Brings car this morning, pleasant greeting, car taken right in, provided her a new loaner, called a few hours later, car finished. This is where I expected some line about the brakes and $$. Nothing....they replaced all pads, trued rotors, oil change...no charge, said she should have gotten more life out of brakes and they waived any cost....it's so nice when companies just do the right thing. Highly recommended and will have no hesitation to return here for next purchase. More

He was very personable and laid back. This is my 4th Pre-owned car that I have purchased over the years and definitely my best experience. If we ever get another Infiniti, I will definitely use Vinny Q at Competition Infiniti in Smithtown. I've taken it in for service already too (oil change and to fix a light) and had a great experience with that as well. More

He was quick to respond to my phone calls or emails and gave me the most aggressive price compared to the other dealers I spoke with. The best price got me in the door, however once there we were treated very well by the entire staff and made to feel comfortable with the leasing process, unlike another dealer I had visited. With all the technology in the new car, I thought my Mom would never figure it out, but during delivery they spent over an hour with us explaining all of the technology the car has to offer. Overall, this was one of the easiest and best leasing experiences I have encountered and would recommend Michael and the rest of the sales team at Competition Infinity if you are looking to purchase or lease a new car. More

1960's Dealer "Screw YOU" Mentality when Asked for Deposit ?#?competitioninfiniti? ?#?Fail? Daughter left $100.00 deposit two weeks ago on pre-owned Infiniti at Smithtown location. When she contacted the sal ?#?competitioninfiniti? ?#?Fail? Daughter left $100.00 deposit two weeks ago on pre-owned Infiniti at Smithtown location. When she contacted the sales person (Within 24hrs of deposit) and told him she changed her mind on the purchase, he said that she would be credited her deposit - no worries. Two weeks later - same sales person is completely unprofessional and condescending to her - he actually asked her if ".. she's going to count every dollar from her refunded deposit? " and then he had the nerve to say she should thank him for all his hard work that day and be grateful that he didn't complain when she excercised her right to cancel the sale..." Really? Is that how a premium auto dealership builds goodwill and brand? If I were an auto dealer in Long Island I would call out this horrendous and sleazy dealership to all dealer associations on LI - The behavior of Competition Infiniti is exactly why the buying public would rather cut off their little finger then go to the traditional auto dealer and buy a car. Shame on you Competition Infiniti - your rudeness and disrespect is epic - even for an auto dealer! More
