Jose as sales rep is amazing, he helped me alot. Dealership is great, only negative point is $4000+ charge for warranties which doesn’t make any sense and kind of rip off. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Howard Young is a snake in the grass. I made a deal with the car sales man and had it in writing. When I went in to the finance room, I noticed $3000 Howard Young is a snake in the grass. I made a deal with the car sales man and had it in writing. When I went in to the finance room, I noticed $3000 added to the price. Thinking it was an honest mistake, I asked to speak to Howard again. He said that was the price and he would not change it because it was a 2025. The deal I made was on a 2035. He is a liar and will manipulate you if you let him. I went to NorthPark Mazda and bought a 2025 car the same day with Mike Anderson for $3000 less. If you ever need to get a Mazda stay clear of this dealership and go to NorthPark. More
