I thought everything was okay....but after a week of not receiving the keys & keyless entry..I'm not so sure. Craig advised me that he found the keys & keyless entry and they were sent out on June 13...it's June 20 & I still have yet to receive them...as far as amending or withdrawing the comments, it wouldn't be fair to other customers...they need to be aware of this bad experience...so that don't get the same treatment I received by your staff. Where is the accountabality? I'm sure if the owner of IPAC was aware of the situation he would be highly disappointed with his staff! I'm just one customer it probably doesn't mean anything to your staff at that dealership but I sure will be advising the many people I work with from Laredo to never step foot on IPAC's lot! If you all wanted to make this right your people wouldn't have dodged me this whole time. I've tried on numerous occasions to speak with Pablo Cerna and he would never call me back...Thanks to Mr. Johnson I was able to get some answers but it doesn't take away the fact the scam your finance department pulled with the interest rate. I'm not one to complain but people need to be aware of your deceptive practices, including the TX Attorney General & BBB of San Antonio. Please send me the keys & keyless entry as you promised!
