Called twice before coming in for my first complimentary oil change and was told I could stop by, but nobody mentioned oil changes had a 4 PM cutoff despite the dealership closing later. After driving over, oil change and was told I could stop by, but nobody mentioned oil changes had a 4 PM cutoff despite the dealership closing later. After driving over, the service manager came out without even greeting me, nor even introduced himself. He stood over me in an intimidating way while I was seated in the lobby, and spoke to me in a raised, condescending tone as if I had done something wrong. Instead of acknowledging the miscommunication from their staff, I was told I “should’ve known” to arrive earlier. I completely understand businesses have cutoff times, but professionalism, communication, and basic respect toward customers matter. Unfortunately this is not the first unpleasant customer service experience I’ve had at this dealership. It seems as if everyone who works there isn’t trained properly on customer service, I’ve had a lady pick up the phone and gave nasty attitude w her remarks, and now I’ve had to deal w a Boss of the mechanics who was more than unprofessional, raised voice to me even in front of other customers to get a shake aswell. This is by far the most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever had to deal w. And don’t even get me started w the fact that they almost sold me a lemon car More
My experience with Inside Car Guys was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone having trouble getting approved. I went in with less-than-perfect credit and only a part-time job, but they would definitely recommend them to anyone having trouble getting approved. I went in with less-than-perfect credit and only a part-time job, but they still found a way to make it work for me when I didn’t think I had many options. Johnny and Rachel really stood out with how much they cared. I didn’t have transportation to the dealership and the bus ride would have taken hours, so they actually came to my home in Ventura and picked me up. That kind of extra effort made a huge difference. From start to finish, everything felt easy and stress-free. They treated me with kindness and respect the whole time, and I never felt judged. If you need a team that’s willing to go the extra mile to help you get into a vehicle, Inside Car Guys is definitely worth checking out. More
Avoid this dealership! extremely dishonest. Every time I called I got a different sales person. I put a deposit down on a Mercedes SL, which they said was in excellent cond extremely dishonest. Every time I called I got a different sales person. I put a deposit down on a Mercedes SL, which they said was in excellent condition. Pictures did not show the true condition. Arranged for a pre-purchase inspection. The vehicle immediately ran out of fuel during the 5 mile test drive, gas gauge was broken, headrest motors were defective, heater & AC did not work, antenna was broken, radio did not work, washer fluid pump was defective & several other hidden problems. They completely misrepresented the vehicle. I called to get my holding deposit back, and the owner yelled at me stating I needed to pay a towing fee. They never sent a tow truck - they sent a guy with a gas can. I can’t believe dealerships like this stay in business. More
Stay away from this shady dealer! $6,000 loss I have to pay over time. They are very smart at their games and taken advantage of me. I bought a 2013 Prius advertised $8,695 to get me $6,000 loss I have to pay over time. They are very smart at their games and taken advantage of me. I bought a 2013 Prius advertised $8,695 to get me in the door and they over charged me $2,600. They will not disclose the real price and had me sign for over $11,300. They put a fine print buried in the ad to get around legal trouble. The dealer did not promise to clean and restore the interior that I asked for before signing. They just say whatever to get my down payment and signature. Later I found out the car is really worth $5,000 because I found expensive repairs the next day all over the car. I keep complaining and they will say anything to get rid of you. I got a call a few days before my first payment is due and this is what I think went down… The owner Marcus called me pretending to care about my financial trouble and offered first payment only for me to realize later his motive was to get rid of the car and make the lender take it when the first payment went through which is opening me up to repo by the bank and not the dealership which is a lot worse. I was already skeptical of why would such a shady dealership reach out to help me. Don’t let them rip you off. This car and the lack of transparency has put me in debt slavery for an extra 1-2 years.
