The vehicle I found had low mileage, was in good shape and at a great asking price. I didn't try to bargain the price down because both I and the friend that referred me work under the same principal. Always give your customer a fair price to begin with. He told me that Bob and Steve work the same way. After I met with Bob, test drove the vehicle and decided I wanted it. I compared the price I was given with the Kelly blue book value. The prices were within a few hundred dollars. Bob and Steve offered their support and came through on their offer when I needed some help. I have since referred a friend of mine to Bob and Steve. This is the first recommendation I
have ever made for an vehicle dealership, new or used. I believe that my recommendations reflect directly on me and do not give them freely. Bob and Steve are the first and so far the only people I have met at a vehicle dealership that I feel I can trust.
