The blame is on tires that are spec compliant and known to cause shimmy at road force values that are high yet within "spec". My spec is my butt and my satisfaction. Had this issue been identified prior to them getting into my pockets, it would have been resolved to my satisfaction. Go figure. Once the money crosses the table, the definition of customer satisfaction changes. More

Then, when I arrive and complete my payment transaction, my car is brought around for me, the lot guy takes out the plastic they placed on your seats and the mat they placed on your floor, and holds the door open for me. And then, he thanks me for my business. You just can't get much better than that. More
