Customer service in the service department lacks, horribly. Called today, tried to get the contact number for the service agreement. Was told that the customer service rep. Didn’t know how to transfe horribly. Called today, tried to get the contact number for the service agreement. Was told that the customer service rep. Didn’t know how to transfer. I asked him to find assistance. He said that they were short staffed. He could not transfer. I said that was no excuse. He said don’t be rude and hung up on me. He just did the same thing to my dad that called before me. This was an awful experience. If they can’t transfer or do basics. Don’t hire them. More

Bought a 23 Corvette. Been chasing the dealer for a month for a sales tax refund and a warranty refund. Left several messages and no return calls.
