The appointment went smooth and prompt. In and out in less than 40 minutes for routine oil and trans fluid changes. (but this was my second appointment for the same service; a previous one made online didn't meet expectations. I arrived about a half hour early, was told to wait in the waiting area [without a work order written up] and I would be called at the appointed time. More than a half hour AFTER my appointment time no one called on me, so I went to service desk where the service advisor wondered who I was and what I wanted. Then I was told it would be another 30-45 minutes wait. Sorry, not a good showing. I understand busy/short handed, but had I waited, I would have spent more than 1.5 hours for the service to be completed.) More
