He let us take our time, respected all of our questions, and took the time to show us every feature of the vehicle we were there to look at purchasing. There were NO hidden fees when we went through the purchasing process. What they said from the beginning of what the price was, was what we paid. During the financing portion we worked with Pearl, who was just as great as Christian. I allowed her to explain every add-in that we could purchase, but when I declined, that was the end of it. There was no persistent pushing from her after I declined, which I sincerely appreciate. I've experienced a lot of those things at other dealers, and have walked out on potential purchases from feeling uncomfortable and manipulated by salespeople and finance people during the purchase process - I got absolutely none of that from Internation Kia of Orland Park. I would send family members here to purchase a car, which is really the biggest thumbs up I could say about a dealership. More
