The entire team was a pleasure to work with. Salesman Karlos, young & informed & professional. Was able to answer all my daughter's questions & able to deal w me being frustrated w current market. Gm Chad was patient w us. Allowed us to actually leave to visit another dealership, holding their Seltos for us. Manager Mike took extra time & effort, searching best possible finance rate from different banks. Kia QC Inspector Robert happened to be at this dealership when we made the purchase. When we called the Kia in Orland, Emily was up front and told use they did not have any LX models, but that we could test drive a different model and be notified when they got the next shipment if we liked it. We ended up buying a higher trim that night! Ali was an amazing sales rep. He was so knowledgeable and personable. He answered questions I didn’t even know I had! He made me feel comfortable and at ease. I also had the pleasure of working with Carlos who was incredibly patient. The entire atmosphere at this dealership is very inviting. More
