We had an excellent experience with International Kia of Orland. We made an internet inquiry about obtaining a KIA Telluride. Jessica Mezera was very helpful and asked us to visit the dealership. When we arrived, Adalia helped us determine the model and options that we were looking for. She set realistic expectations on delivery and price. After a few months, Paula Gonzalez told us she would be our new Sales Consultant. Paula provided us delivery status on a regular basis. After the Telluride was available, Paula reached out and asked us to come in. We scheduled a pick up time and arrived at International KIA with the Telluride waiting outside and ready for a test drive. Paula had prepared the documents beforehand and the Telluride was prepped ready for delivery. We asked about a trade in, and John Schultz provided us a with a fair trade in value. At all times, Paula and John showed us professionalism and integrity. After the transaction was complete, Paula showed us the features of the Telluride and helped set up the initial configuration. We are very happy with our purchase and we our glad we made the 40 mile drive from the western suburbs to International Kia of Orland Park. Cami & Zig More
I purchased a brand new Telluride from Kia International in Orland Park. Their customer service was excellent and I enjoyed the overall process. The only drawback was that customer service made a few minor in Orland Park. Their customer service was excellent and I enjoyed the overall process. The only drawback was that customer service made a few minor mistakes on my order with a few small options but it wasn't anything too material. Also, the dealership was mostly clean but I think we few small items could be improved upon when compared to the longer term mid-range luxury car sellers (Lexus, Acura, Infiniti). Overall, it was great and I recommend going to this dealer for anyone looking at Kia products. More
Super straightforward purchase of a brand new Kia Telluride. They didn’t upsell me and sold it at MSRP, unlike every other dealership I’d contacted which were selling the same car for minimum $5k ove Telluride. My salesman, Kevin, was excellent. Very personable, nice guy, not pushy in the least. Wish I could say the same of the finance guy. Some of his comments were unprofessional/unnecessary; he wouldn't have sai guy, not pushy in the least. Wish I could say the same of the finance guy. If it were not for him, I'd be giving 5 stars because everything and everyone else was great. More

I thought my saleswoman Kayla Hurt was incredible! I thoroughly enjoyed her approachable personality she wasn't AT ALL pushy, rude, or arrogant like the management dept. & finance guys tend to be. I was approached by Kayla immediately upon entry of the dealership and warmly greeted she understood immediately that I had little time to spend on searching for a car much less negotiating hassles. I explained that I would be driving around for the day and was only interested in test driving cars that I was interested in and she understood quickly retrieved car keys, ACTUALLY allowed me to test drive, and quickly explained that for what I was paying I should consider a BRAND NEW car for what I would pay for a similar used. I was pleasantly surprised that she ACTUALLY allowed me to drive the car at my own pace every dealership before I had visited EACH MALE salesman would not allow it. The test drives would be extremely short followed by OK let's head back lol. My husband and I would laugh about this afterward wondering if the reason was due to an empty gas tank. By the time I reached Kia Orland and started talking with her, I realized ok this isn't going to be that big a nightmare as it tends to be stressful and I wasn't interested in buying a car online. When I told her I needed an "out the door" number to take with to discuss with my family and decide whether or not a new car was the direction I would make she didn't ask for my social security no, employment history, etc. lol like all the other salesman did at previous dealerships. All in all, called her at the end of the day Saturday and placed a deposit on a BRAND NEW 2022 Kia Sportage LX which I am still shocked about lol. I LUV it!! And I HIGHLY recommend her! More
