Their service department is incompetent and will charge you for diagnostic fees even if under warranty or when you have the work done. Kevin foreman salesman was great finance manager was pushy, insisted I had to buy the add-ons. Used scare tactics of things breaking down in order to sell extended warranty. I let him know that if he is selling things going wrong with this car then I am buying the wrong car. he was relentless, interrupting and talking over me and then on to the gap insurance, same thing. Told me I had to buy something, I told him I would not buy the car then. It was an harrowing experience even for me. I’m sure his scare tactics work on most because he was persistent but to me it was not in good faith. Why would I need to buy an extended warranty when the car only has 12 miles on it and comes with a warranty. More
