We scheduled a service apt. 30 days in advance. We asked if we could drop the car off on Saturday for our Monday apt and would be provided with a loaner. We were assured that it would be "no problem" We cal if we could drop the car off on Saturday for our Monday apt and would be provided with a loaner. When we went to drop the car on Sat. we were told the loaner car would be available on Monday. When I explained that I had called twice and was assured at each time we would have a loaner n Sat. The excuse was "someone must have entered it into the computer wrong" I understand mistakes can happen the part that is really disappointing is the service rep made no attempt to help solve the problem. So either we were lied to on 3 separate occasions or they are incompetent. We left with our car. Very disappointing More
