I purchased a 21 Kia Forte. Sales process was pretty good- finance guy was sleazy and tried to slide in the extended warranty. 5 weeks after purchasing, I still have not received my Iowa regis good- finance guy was sleazy and tried to slide in the extended warranty. 5 weeks after purchasing, I still have not received my Iowa registration. Staff at the dealership has refused to help or even speak with me. I have never been upset or disrespectful with them- always polite and respectful. Initially, I was told the paperwork had been submitted to a third party processor. Finance person Carlos stated the third party company was V2 and he could access the system to check on it. He never called back and would not reply to email. Sales manager Mike, salesperson Paula, salesperson Kristyn, and Carlos would not answer my calls or return calls. I finally made contact with a gal from Internet sales. I was first told Carlos in finance was not there and then overheard someone else say tell him he’s on the phone- which she then told me. I was being sent to voicemail. I asked if Carlos was going to call me back . She replied that she did not know. I directed my calls to a member of management and the receptionist was helpful. The second time trying to reach management to complain of the ridiculously poor service, Carlos magically answered the phone. He told me had no contact information for the third party processor V2 and had no idea when the paperwork may be processed. Everyone at this dealership I had contact just blew me off, refusing to help. I was required to purchase my Iowa registration through the dealer. The sleazy finance guy said it was Illinois law. This is the third vehicle I’ve purchased in Illinois and have only purchased a temporary tag with the previous vehicles and then taken care of the registration myself in Iowa. I would not purchase again here. No one cared or would help. It was almost comical how I was treated. Once the sale was made- they had no desire to take care of their customer. More
