This dealer made us never want to buy a KIA again we have a 2019 Kia Sorento and this dealer is near our house so we made a appointment to get oil change and some other things looked at. This is why we bought KIA because the warranty and we also bought the extended warranty and the tire warranty which she said does not cover anything they told us. She told us to bring it to where we bought the car as we would have bought it there but they would not give us the true car price so that is the only reason we went to another dealer. after Alicia and her service manager who refused to come out DAN Freitag who hid in the back..she literally had the worst customer service. She definitely had a attitude and then she talked to her General Manager and would not let me talk so I went up in front and Talked to Chad Marshall did not realize at the time he was the GM he was also disrespectful and rude ..DO NOT BUY A KIA, IF YOU DO definitely do not purchase from INTERNATIONAL KIA OF ORLAND.....
