I agreed with sales people about buying a car advertised by a price. All good until go to finance and they say I can’t give you that deal unless you do a lease which was never the agreement. I did sign the lease with certain “assumptions” that they said yes so I would buy the car after 3 months lease and later find out that it was not like that at all. Trying to resolve the situation somehow he tells me something like that above and “ I am not just gonna sit here hearing you complaining”. Guess no matter how reason you are, a place that treats you like that doesn’t deserve to get your business. As soon they make the deal they don’t give you proper customer service including Kia Usa that I tried to address and they say they can’t do anything because they are not the owners of the dealer. Lease for 2020 Kia Forte I have been shopping for a car for a long time. This was also my first car as well so I was really feeling the pressure. However, when I met with Chri I have been shopping for a car for a long time. This was also my first car as well so I was really feeling the pressure. However, when I met with Christian and Mike at International Kia, they made me feel more at ease. First of all, the customer service and experience there is exceptional. The first time I went there was about a half hour before they closed yet they stayed open about 2 hours after closing time just to help us out, and they even encouraged us to look around the lot and test drive some cars. It was that night that I decided I wanted the Kia Forte. The atmosphere was welcoming, I didn't feel overwhelming pressure from the salesmen, the dealership was very clean and also had some good coffee. I shopped around at other Kia dealers in my area, but ultimately came back to International Kia. Easy decision. Christian and Mike are great people and they took the time to get to know me and my family. When it came time to do the numbers, Christian and Mike did everything within their power to get me in the the car I wanted for the monthly payment that I wanted.
