Finally, a transparent dealership!! I had recently had a very bad experience with Zeigler in Schaumburg. They had advertised a lease, preapproved me, and then told me when I got there t I had recently had a very bad experience with Zeigler in Schaumburg. They had advertised a lease, preapproved me, and then told me when I got there that 1) the lease deal was not available because, 2) my credit after recheck was horrible. After 2 miserable hours there, we left with nothing. UNLIKE Zeigler, International Kia of Orland Park emailed me their current lease deals. We spoke briefly to the online sales manager, set up an appointment, met with a salesman, and in less than 3 hours left with a fair trade, a fantastic lease, and with an appointment for this fall to lease our 3rd vehicle from them. There was no hassle, no haggling, no falsely advertised lease deals, and no hesitation to make us the best deal possible. The atmosphere was inviting, the waiting room was immaculate, and the staff very engaging and caring. I cannot say anything bad about my experience. I would recommend you stop internet shopping for the best deal, and go speak to humans who want you to get the best deal possible. More
