The day that we had our appointment ended up being one of the worst weather days of the year! Austin battled the treacherous weather so that we could test drive an AWD Sportage and I knew during that test drive, there was no way I was getting back into my front wheel drive, two door coupe...lol! Price negotiations were painless and we never felt like we were being duped into paying too much (which we had experienced at another dealership). Overall, our experience here was A++ and I would highly recommend choosing this dealership! More

I would so highly recommend our salesman, Lee Richardson to all our friends and family. He was the greatest! When we test drove the Kia we were looking at, well let's just say that car rode smooth and loved all the little extras that come as standard. The finance person was very professional; explained everything clearly; etc. The service department looked so bright and clean. When we left with our new car, our salesman Lee sat in the car with us and explained all the functions! We've bought many many cars over the years and the last time someone took time out to show us how everything works was in the 1980's!. This was refreshing. We are very excited to have a new car and appreciate the time, courtesy and professionalism and deep knowledge of the cars and company. Thank you again! More

Excellent service department Effortless drive right in thru service marked door on set up appointment time.Was greeted by get to the point knowledgeable service writer.was told I Effortless drive right in thru service marked door on set up appointment time.Was greeted by get to the point knowledgeable service writer.was told I would get an answer to my check eng light problem in an hour,I was called in just a little over an hour with the code 0713 which was a trans oil temp sensor and that warranty covered it and was already in the process of being changed and that it should be done in about 3 hours more.He called me promptly when it was done to pick it up.When I picked it up the service writer actually knew the technical problem explained it and gave me the keys.My car was returned to me cleaned inside and out....I have never been compelled to write a review to where i actually wrote it positive or negative before. More
