Let me start by saying that your Customer Service is superb. Mo is the epitome of a caring member of your staff, unfortunately I cannot say the same for the service I have received in reference to my 20 superb. Mo is the epitome of a caring member of your staff, unfortunately I cannot say the same for the service I have received in reference to my 2021 Audi Q5. The car was purchased on December 30th. I took my car in for service in January because I had a vibration when I stepped on the brakes. Mo took care of me. Said that the brakes were warped and kept the car to replace the brakes at no cost. The problem continued and I took it in again March 9th because I felt the problem continued. After having the car at the dealership all day, I got a call that the car had been checked and they could not find anything wrong with it. I picked up the car and brought it home. Today I went and picked a part that was ordered, the car was missing it at the time of purchase. (a front tow hitch cover). I am writing because I am a little disappointed, and I hope that this feedback will reach the right person. This is the 3rd car I have bought from you, the first 2 cars were perfect. This car, as much as I love it, I am concerned with the continuing issue it has. At this point I am reaching out in hopes I can get the help I need to repair whatever the problem with my car may be. Right now after 2 service visits, I don't feel any safer today than I did when I got the car.and mentioned the issue at the test drive It is still doing the same thing. No one has offered to take a test drive with me so I can show them what I feel when I drive the car. I feel that I am not getting the service and my problem is not getting the attention it deserves. This has left me with a less than pleasant taste in my mouth for Audi. Thank you for your help. More
