I had planned on going to both this dealership, as well as one in Madison, however, the professional and customer-friendly way that International Auto, especially our sales rep, Ron, obviated any further shopping and traveling. Understanding I had traveled over an hour to visit this dealership, Ron made me an offer on the exact vehicle I wanted that showed he was not going to waste my time playing irritating haggling games. Even more impressive, when I showed up 4 hours earlier than scheduled to pick up my vehicle due to last minute change in my own schedule, he re-adjusted his solidly booked schedule on the fly to accommodate me. IA and Ron have earned my trust and respect, and I would be more than happy to drive down to IA for my next vehicle, and wholeheartedly recommend IA and Ron to anyone looking for a nice automobile.
