Communication was poor, I had to call for all updates. I spent $3300 on repairs and car was not even washed when picked up. I had a service advisor who did not even read my history on prior service and told me i needed the same thermostat and water pump that I just replace 6 months ago they took less than 5 hrs to complete this on prior service and told me i needed the same thermostat and water pump that I just replace 6 months ago they took less than 5 hrs to complete this job the second time around I just feel like I got scammed and trying to take advantage of what I was treated like a "stupid girl" in their opinion.
