I sent their team a very specific offer on the car in their inventory and I was promptly responded to with a no-haggle accept of my offer. I made it known that I wanted to handle as much of the financing and paperwork ahead of time to minimize my and my family's exposure to the dealer. Not only did they have my car ready for me within 24 hours, but I was in and out of the dealer in less that 40 minutes. It could not have been easier or less stressful than they made it. Working with Jeff, Janine and Carlos on the purchase of my Crosstrek was wonderful. Not your typical new car purchase. I couldn't be happier.
