Stopped in the new Evergreen Subaru looking to trade in my wife’s car and ended up trading in my car as well. Jimmy Segura, an EP resident, is a first-class young man and a terrific car salesman. Horrible experience with the service department. Husband brought his Ascent in for repair. They took his car apart to diagnosis it and said they had to order parts and the parts would take a week Husband brought his Ascent in for repair. They took his car apart to diagnosis it and said they had to order parts and the parts would take a week to arrive. No problem. Husband went to pick up his car (until the parts came in) and they could not find it. After searching, they located it but it was still all torn apart and not drivable. It was in the evening and no one was there to put it all back together and they argued with my husband about giving him a loaner. Finally he got the loaner to keep until the next day when he could return and pick up his car. While picking it up the next day, he decides to pay for the parts ahead of time (he will pay for labor after the job is done) and they charged him TWO diagnostic fees of $185 EACH because there were two small issues that need to be fixed. This money does not even get deducted from the total when the car is fixed by Subaru. So almost $400 to diagnose 2 fairly small problems. And now the parts are ordered and paid for so hopefully next week it will be fixed with no issues. But why do I doubt that based on experience this past week?? More
